This program is a perfect fit for you if you’re already working in the healthcare field and want to take the next step in your career toward teaching, training, and continuing education.

You’ve come to the right place if you:

  • Want to discover your passion for teaching: You want to share your professional expertise, train the next generation of professionals in nursing, therapy, or emergency medical services, and provide professional guidance throughout the learning process.
  • Want to balance work, family, and your studies: Thanks to the part-time model, with most in-person classes held in blocks (usually once a month, Fri./Sat.), you can easily combine your studies with your current professional practice.
  • Want to study even without a high school diploma: With a completed vocational training program in healthcare and several years of professional experience, you already meet the requirements.
  • Value a strong practical focus: You won’t just learn theory—you’ll apply pedagogical and didactic methods directly in modern learning labs and real-world teaching scenarios.

Possible career paths after graduation: As a graduate, you could work, for example, as a teacher at healthcare vocational schools, lead practical training sessions, design continuing education programs in hospitals, or work in workplace health education.
