This degree program is a perfect fit for you if you find the intersection of modern IT and smart business management exciting and want to develop digital solutions for the economy of tomorrow.

You’ve come to the right place if you:

  • Want to bridge two worlds: You don’t have to choose between IT and business administration—you’ll learn how to optimize real-world business processes using programming, data analysis, and AI.
  • Appreciate the “2.0” approach: You don’t want to cram outdated IT concepts; instead, you want to dive right into future-proof methods, agile project management, and modern software development.
  • Want to build practical solutions: You’re eager to work on concrete projects with local companies where your application development is put to use in the real world.
  • Want to learn in small groups: At the Lucas Cranach Campus, you’ll work in a close-knit atmosphere, with direct access to faculty and modern campus facilities.

Possible career paths after graduation: As an IT consultant, software developer, data analyst, product owner, or business analyst, you’ll be in extremely high demand on the job market—because you understand the language of both IT experts and business professionals.

Don’t panic about “dry” math: Our math curriculum is fully focused on understanding and application.

We use math exactly where it makes sense for data, IT, and business—for example, in analysis or algorithms. You don’t have to be a math genius to succeed in this program!

Don't worry—you don't have to be a math genius or a nerdy coder! While programming is part of the program, it's not an end in itself.

You'll learn from the ground up—with no prior knowledge required—how to use code as a tool to bring your own digital ideas to life—with the goal of designing innovative solutions, not spending all day in isolation developing software.
