New Team Members: Reinforcements for the Cranach Campus Communities

The collaboration between the Lucas Cranach Campus Foundation and the Kronach district is being further strengthened as part of the state-funded project “University and Region Hand in Hand: Cranach Campus Communities”: In early October, Ines Kaerleber, Franziska KrĂĽger, and Anna Schardt began their project roles at the foundation. With professional experience in innovation management, art and crafts, as well as marketing and communication, they form the creative core of the project team.

Anna Schardt, as Community and Fundraising Manager, initiates innovation communities and works closely with the Kronach District’s regional management team to establish long-term grant management in the region. As Innovation Manager, Ines Kaerleber contributes her methodological expertise and, through creative innovation workshops, fosters the development of forward-looking initiatives within the communities. In her role as Community Maker, Franziska KrĂĽger supports the prototyping of project ideas, expands existing communities, and continues to develop the LCC FabLab as a central community hub.

Together, they are working to strengthen collaboration within and with the region, thereby enhancing the appeal of the Lucas Cranach Campus and Kronach as a center of higher education.

District Administrator Klaus Löffler emphasizes: “Regional development can only succeed through the collaboration of many stakeholders. That is why I am very pleased that Anna Schardt, Franziska KrĂĽger, and Ines Kaerleber are joining our university team at the LCC. This will allow us to further advance the networking of business, academia, and school and vocational education, and to further strengthen our university as a regional hub.”

The project “University and Region Hand in Hand: Cranach Campus Communities” is funded as part of the “Shaping the Region” program of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development, and Construction, in collaboration with the Federal Institute for Research on Building, Urban Affairs, and Spatial Planning.
